Lesley-Ann Brandt was born Cape Town, South Africa on December 2, 1981. The actress and model is popular for her work in films and TV. After beginning her acting career in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came through her subsequent role of Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was a part of many television series over the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. From 2016 Brandt has been taking on the role as Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally from Cape Town South Africa, but moved with her parents to Auckland New Zealand in late teens. Brandt began modeling in commercials on TV and in print. Her work included sales and also worked as consultant for the field of information technology. She then became famous as a fashion designer. She was Leilani Fa'auigaese in the New Zealand TV sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in the year 2009. Then, in 2021 she made her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. The role she played was that of Naevia, the slave girl. Naevia. She also reprised her character of Naevia for the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 with her. She began playing Mazikeen an evil demon that hunts for bounty in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. This is her biggest role so far.
